Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Failure

If we are unable to purchase a requested item, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 5–10 business days.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment is confirmed and purchasing has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Fee Settlement

An estimated shipping fee is collected at the time of order. After packaging and weighing, the actual shipping cost is calculated. If the actual cost is lower, the difference is refunded. If higher, an additional charge will be requested.

5. Storage Period

Items are stored free of charge for up to 30 days after purchase. If storage exceeds this period, an extension fee may apply. Please contact us if you require extended storage.
