1. Service Description
OLA (Otaku Loot Agency) provides a proxy buying service for Japan-exclusive anime goods. We purchase items on behalf of customers, store them, and ship internationally.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this service for: resale or commercial redistribution of purchased items, submitting false or fraudulent information, unauthorized payment or chargebacks, or any illegal activity.
4. Nature of Proxy Buying
We act as your agent to purchase items from physical stores in Japan. We do not guarantee that any item can be successfully purchased. If a purchase fails, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
All orders require prepayment via a payment link we provide. Payment must be completed before we begin purchasing. The final amount is confirmed in the payment link.
6. Refunds
If an item cannot be purchased, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations after payment are generally not accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of OLA (Otaku Loot Agency) or respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees in the destination country. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.
9. Anti-Social Forces
We refuse service to any individual or organization that constitutes an anti-social force (organized crime groups, etc.) as defined under Japanese law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
